i)    Reprographic service shall be provided to the users on written application in the prescribed proforma.  The xerox copies of Library documents shall be provided except Ph.D. theses.

ii)   Xerox copies shall be provided to users on the next day of the application.

iii)  Charges for xeroxing shall be 1 Rs. per exposure for A-4 size copy subject to minimum of Rs. 2/- for members & non members.
